Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) connects patients to their provider using cellular enabled BP cuffs, Pulse Oximeters, Scales and Glucometers that independently transmit physiological data to our secure platform in real time. Midwest’s trained clinical team reviews patients’ physiological data while also partnering with patients, helping them to live happier healthier lives.
